These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Drive Insight services and products ("Service"), including the use of our Velocity 1.0 (OBD2) devices and associated mobile applications ("App"). 2. Data Privacy

Data Storage: All data collected by the OBD2 device is stored only on your personal mobile device. We do not store any personal data on our servers.

Data Access: Only you, the user, have access to the data collected by the OBD2 device.

Data Sharing: We do not share any personal data with third parties unless required by law.

3. No Internet Connectivity Required

The Drive Insight app does not require an active internet connection to function. However, some features (such as sign up and gathering gas prices) may require internet access, but the core functionality of the app is available offline.

4. No Liability for Vehicle Damage or Personal Injury

Drive Insight is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, injury, or death caused by the use of our products or services. Our devices are designed to monitor and record driving behavior, but they do not control vehicle operations in any way. Any decisions related to driving should be made by the driver based on their own judgment.

5. Vehicle Warranty

The use of Drive Insight's Velocity 1.0 (OBD2) device does not void or affect the warranty of your vehicle. However, we recommend consulting your vehicle's manufacturer or dealer for additional information about any potential impacts.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Service. You agree to not use the Service to engage in any conduct that violates any local, state, national, or international law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drive Insight, its affiliates, and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
